We’re investigating following a knifepoint robbery at Morrisons Daily in Tamworth.
It happened at about 7.15am on Thursday (18 December) when a masked man went into the shop on Ellerbeck, holding a knife.
He took cash from the tills and safe before leaving. He is described as being around 6ft tall and was wearing all black clothing, including a face covering and black or grey gloves.
Officers from our criminal investigation department have been carrying out enquiries as part of our ongoing investigation into the incident, including reviewing CCTV, speaking to people in the area and carrying out forensics at the shop.
